In my case the technical design guy picked up the issue about getting access. Commercial guy said not to worry, if scaffolding was needed that was all included. A guy visited specifically to check it out, and said they'd probably use a mobile platform that would clamp to the uprights, but final decision would be with the install team. Install team were happy with a ladder.1
