You can get a state pension forecast here, as long as you are living in the UK and more than four months 4 days away from retirement.

The rules on State Pension Forecasts have recently changed and you can now request on up to a few days prior to reaching minimum pension age.
The link given by Reporter give you the contact details to request one.
