Appeal Or Not? Council Tax Band Challenge (VOA)
Hi all!
I'm hoping to get some thoughts from others with experience of council tax challenges and dealing with the VOA
We recently had a challenge rejected. The decision took over 13 months
The date of 1 April 2003 is mentioned a few times throughout the document when explaining how the decision was made.
Our property is in England, not Wales.
So I wonder..
Does the fact they missed the response deadline of 12 months AND that the decision document states that the decision was made based upon sales data from the wrong country give me a leg to stand on appeal wise?
I can provide more info on why I decided to challenge in the first place if it helps answer whether we should appeal or not
