Delay Repay Again

Hello Folks

I need a little help.

Travelled from Manchester Victoria to Bradford Interchange on 29th April 2024. The train was 30+ mins delayed. So I want to get some money back.

So far I've registered on the Northern Rail delay/repay site. My difficulty is that this delayed journey was the last leg of a return (4 separate tickets) journey and I have no idea how to cost this leg as I only have the total ticket price and not the individual legs. The NR site confusingly asks for details of the entire journey but won't accept that I start and finish at the same station.

How do I complete my claim?

What ticket did you buy?  It will say advance, return etc on the ticket,

Don't use trainline.  If you had used the Northern app it would have been quicker as they would have your purchasing history to refund against.

The ticket details will include the price you paid.  Use that, but you should only need the ticket number.
