Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of residents of The United Kingdom and Ireland 18 and over at the time of entry.
Employees of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, The Atlantis, FINN and the Competition Platform, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entry Requirements
Entries must be submitted via online form.
Entries must be entered in own name and may not entered on behalf of another individual.
Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. Competition Period The competition opens on 1st of May 2025 and closes on 29th May 2025 at 11:59 PM BST. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 
Prize Details
The prize consists of two roundtrip economy flights from London Heathrow to Nassau, a seven day/ six-night stay at The Atlantis, Paradise Island Resort, and $1,050.00 BSD Resort Credit ($150.00BSD per day) to spend on dining and/or activities. The prize is nontransferable, non- exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional expenses beyond these outlines in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. A credit card will be required upon check in for any additional charges to cover any additional incidental charges. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email address within one month of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within five working days, an alternative winner may be selected. Prize Conditions The holiday must be taken between 1st April 2025 and 1st April 2026, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Preferred date of travel must be confirmed 8 weeks prior to departure. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visa if required. Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. Publicity & Data Protection By entering the competition, participants agree to their name and likeness to being used for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winner agrees to be contacted in person, and to be presented and photographed with a winning ‘boarding pass.’ The image can be used freely by The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation. Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent. General The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The decision of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the United Kingdom.
