TOPPING UP SHORTFALL IN NICO PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS

I was advised to do the following **(SEE BELOW)  which I did on the 1st April but I still haven't heard back and when I try contact again it says not to ask for another call back and to wait.....does anyone know how long is okay to wait?? And what number it will be that rings you? Just that it's been a month now. 

**If you cannot pay online using the automated tool in your tax account you need to book a call back with DWP. That will put a hold on the 5 April clock.
