How to get LTD with little assets to pay employment tribunal award?

    If you know the accountant's address, you could write to them. They may not be aware of the court ruling. They may be reluctant to act for persistent rule breakers, they may just nudge the company to make the payment.

    What assets do the company have at other addresses ? HCEOs are not limited to attending the RO, they can attend anywhere where there are assets and some of that intelligence could be provided by you.  Or is this a staff and desks type operation where everything is rented and the only real assets would be cash which can be moved around / hidden ?

    I think only cash in their bank.... I mean mobile phones, tablets, and cars are probably the directors' personal assets. I think I'll have to go to third party debt order to freeze their accounts.

    Have you looked at the latest set of accounts filed at Companies House? https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-a-company
    Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
