Which Broker for 1-Year Fix?

MSE’s comparison tool shows a broker-only repayment remortgage deal from Halifax that’s categorised as ‘1 YEAR’ and ‘FiXED’ (ending 31 Dec 2026), but Mojo—apparently a whole-of-market broker—cannot see it. Does this mean the deal is only accessible via specific brokers?

It means whomever you dealt with did not know what they were doing.
Halifax have a range of Broker facing re-mortgage products with terms ending 31/12/2026 and rates from 4.08%.I am a Mortgage Broker

Thank you. Can existing customers also take advantage of remortgage deals (subject to affordability/valuation), or only product switches?0

Existing customers each have individual offerings for product switches (which do not include rates to 31/12/2026). They cannot use re-mortgage rates.
Any Halifax borrower with a mortgage balance over £150,000 is likely to benefit by talking to a Broker about their product switch.I am a Mortgage Broker
