Hi has anyone got any reviews or recent timescales with Loughborough Building Society? Just curious to how they work and my broker isn't the speediest at getting back to me so need some ideas? Do they underwrite first and then instruct valuation? I have submitted all requested documents after going back & forth, the valuation has meant to have been carried out last week (awaiting confirmation), when am I likely to get my mortgage offer, Does anyone have any recent dealings with them for timescales etc. Thank in advance.

I used to use them a lot (one year I accounted for 1% of their entire lending for the year)! 
They are a great lender if you need a person to look at you like an individual, if you have had a blip.
