It's part of the NatWest scheme. To be even-handed about the scheme admins, one or two have provided more detailed and personalised responses (just not about the state pension deduction) whilst other replies were badly cut and pasted and in one case irrelevant to me as it assumed I was still a member of staff. Anyway, I think I now have all the info I need so thanks all for helping de-mystify.1
