Employment tribunal

I’m currently going through an employment tribunal case (Litigant in Person) against a large public sector employer.
My final hearing was over a year ago and the judgment has still not been issued. I have chased the tribunal several times.
Has anyone else experienced a judgment delay of more than 12 months?
What steps did you take, and can this delay impact my rights or appeal options?

Apparently there are huge problems with ET delays both in hearings and decisions. Usually time limits run from decision date rather than hearing date.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
