£0.86 to add and I'm also about to go to Aldi for I hope (just) lettuce, cucumber, w.u.l, coloured hair shampoo, gluten free bread and possibly any reductions.
I've had a horrible reaction to something the last three days, and only just feeling back to normal again; and normally when this happens it's gluten. So that's my body telling me it needs to go.
So, I've got flour on the way; but for now I need to get some supplies til I can bake my own bits. I thought I was over this blip, as I've not had a reaction to anything for a long time, but seemingly not. The trouble is i can't pinpoint exactly what it was I ate. Sometimes I think it's yeast, as I'm ok with wraps and sometimes even pasta; but airing on the side of caution as I felt like cr*p and don't want a repeat!!GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £69.15/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. £10.12 spent and managed to get everything. Aswell as a cabbage to make coleslaw, and an extra red pepper (on super 6)
Fingers crossed that's it now until my new GC month, unless I scoff a Yubi or use a loo roll from my own stores 😉GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £69.15/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. K9sandFelines oh so sorry, you were (possibly) glutened. From friends with gluten issues, I know it can throw people off for days or weeks. Hopefully your insides and autoimmune system can heal well.6

Had my first try of the Aldi seeded Gluten Free bread and it's actually very nice, I'm quite surprised. Normally, I previously used to get the part baked GF rolls from H@meBargain, but they had none in; so I was lucky Aldi has started stocking these items or id be paying Co-@p prices as that's the nearest other shop.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £69.15/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month.
