    K9sandFelines oh so sorry, you were (possibly) glutened. From friends with gluten issues, I know it can throw people off for days or weeks. Hopefully your insides and autoimmune system can heal well. 
    Thanks Jings, it a horrible feeling and a lesson that my body mustn't be tolerating it well at the moment. Thanks for your well wishes, I am back to normal today thankfully.
    Had my first try of the Aldi seeded Gluten Free bread and it's actually very nice, I'm quite surprised. Normally, I previously used to get the part baked GF rolls from H@meBargain, but they had none in; so I was lucky Aldi has started stocking these items or id be paying Co-@p prices as that's the nearest other shop.
