my app for the amazon shopper panel says my device isnt compatible although ive been with them for 2 years. i uninstalled the app and tried to add it again but keep getting the same message. is it just me? i cant contact them either, so frustrating!!

Can you not contact them from the usual Amazon website? At the very bottom of the page there is a Contact Us link which takes you to a web chat form or phone number. I've used the web chat a couple of times and found it quite useful.
I didn't even know there was a shopper panel so that may not work but worth a try.0 -

What device is the app loaded onto? Android? Apple? Fire? What version of the OS is it running and does it meet minimum for the app as shown in the Play Store / App Store / whatever it's called for Amazon Fire1
