I'd just be blunt and ask them WHY they want your number.
If it's to catch up for a friendly drink, then that's up to you. If it's to get help when they don't know what to do, then just say that as you won't be working for the company, then unfortunately you won't be able to help them, so they'll have to ask the manager.

I'd try to have everything documented (although I can appreciate some tasks won't be done until after you've gone), and I'd alert their line manager to the state of play towards the end of your notice period. But it's the employer's problem, not yours.Signature removed for peace of mind1
