Hi I recived a PCN in 2019 when parking at Macclesfield Superbowl. Does anyone know if the advice to respond to LBC still stand after changes to the legislation regarding add on fees. I went through the usual appeals which were of course rejected. I did admit to being the driver as a didn't know about this forum at the time. Thank to anyone with advice.

One question UKCP were kicked off the site by Superbowl due to their behavior towards their paying customers and numerous complaints on TRIP Advisor and Facebook. Is that worth including in the Defence? Thanks
