Hi I recived a PCN in 2019 when parking at Macclesfield Superbowl. Does anyone know if the advice to respond to LBC still stand after changes to the legislation regarding add on fees. I went through the usual appeals which were of course rejected. I did admit to being the driver as a didn't know about this forum at the time. Thank to anyone with advice.

I don't think there is any new legislation yet, it's currently an unregulated industry

Sorry I was getting confused with changes to rules about parking on public land The PCN was issued 13 September 2019

OK, not so close to the 6 years that you can time it out. 

Just send what you read about for LBC stage, in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES FAQS thread. Please DON'T copy & paste the standard LBC response here...we don't want to check it!

Thanks Coupon-mad. Yep its a shame its not a bit later in the year. I might be lucky and it does time out.
