Employees of VOLTA Art Fair, Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois, Niance, and The Art Newspaper are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 
    

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight on 6 July 2025 and a winner contacted by 9 July 2025. Entries received after midnight on 6 July 2025 will not be entered into the prize draw. 
    

  • The prize of one night’s stay for two people in a River King Room, including breakfast for two people is provided courtesy of Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. The prize of 3 x Epigen12 is provided courtesy of Niance. The prize of a year’s complimentary print & digital subscription to The Art Newspaper is provided by The Art Newspaper. A winner will be contacted by VOLTA Art Fair to make the arrangement to redeem their prize. 
    

  • Prize: The Winner will receive 1 x One night stay for two people in a River King Room at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois for two, 3 x Niance Epigen12, 1 x complimentary print & digital subscription to The Art Newspaper for one year (the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize for the Promotion as described in this paragraph will only be awarded to one Winner.

  • Only one entry will be counted per person. There will only be one winner.
    

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. All components of the Prize are subject to availability. Any extras not specified within these terms and conditions shall be paid for by guests.
