I was given £1500 in reclaimed charges. So that helped a lot. I was living with my parents so no house bills to pay and when I moved in with my boyfriend in March he didnt want anything towards the mortgage so took the oppurtunity to plug as much money as i could towards my debts, increasing my payments. My only bills really were food. Debt repayment and petrol.

For my birthday I was bought 12 months of car tax which was almost £200 and also nre brakes for my car. So I didnt have these to pay for myself :)

Now I am house owner as of October so I have a mortgage to pay and household bills thats why I know I cant pay off the remaining £2600 as quickly as i would like as i wont have much "free money" left over to plug into this remaining debt. But we'll see.

I havent spent anything on myself this past 12 months. The only treats I have had is using vouchers and stuff I have been given as gifts. I have been really strict this year and its paid off and is great motivation tbh!!!

Wow you should be really proud of yourself!

Unfortunately it doesn't sounds like I'll be able to manage that, but the thought that someone else did it is wonderful!

Good luck with the rest of it x
