1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Hisense UK Limited, Ground Floor, Munroe Court, White Rose Office Park, Milshaw Park Lane, Leeds, LS11 0EA ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Hisense UK Limited, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, users must follow the instructions via the link in our bio (for organic social).
For paid social media entrants, entry is via the form prompted upon clicking through the advertisement.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

4. Competition Period
The competition opens at 00:00 on 22nd April 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15th June 2025. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be valid.

5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

2x tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup Final, taking place at MetLife Stadium in New York City on Sunday 13th July, 2025.
A 1-week stay in New York City, including:
- Return economy flights from a major UK airport
- 6 nights’ hotel accommodation at a 4-star (or equivalent) hotel in New York City
- A spending money allowance of £1,000

Additional Prize Terms:

The winner and their guest must be eligible to travel to the United States, including holding a valid passport and any required visas or ESTA approvals.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs not expressly covered in the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, additional transportation, and personal expenses.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
The prize is subject to availability and the final match date as scheduled by FIFA.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted during the competition period.
The winner will be notified within 7 days of the competition closing via the contact details provided at entry (email or social media).
The winner must respond within 5 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected.
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility before issuing the prize.

7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected to the competition. Hisense UK Limited may use the winner’s name, image, and town/city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or permission.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the entry process will be processed by Hisense UK Limited and/or its agents for the purposes of administering the competition.
Data will be handled in accordance with Hisense UK’s Privacy Policy [insert privacy policy link].
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined above.

9. General

Hisense UK Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions if required by circumstances beyond its control.
Hisense UK Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, or other malfunction.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
