I hear you Dave but sadly there is no cure and the damage is irreversible - I hope they recognise this fact for the purpose of you not being able to work. In time, you will hopefully react well to DMARD and/or Biological treatment but it’s trial and error for quite some time before you will feel even moderately better and you need to listen to your body and rest. And try not to stress - easier said than done I know.All the best and please update us0
