Hello,
About to submit full application with Leeds Building Society, who we have an AIP with.
They are only asking for 1 months bank statements and 1 payslip each. Doesn't seem like alot, will they just come back and ask for more? Should I just submit 3 now?
Anyone else been through them recently? Did they ask loads of questions during the underwriting process?
I just want to check I have everything ready to go incase they ask for extra bits, to avoid wasting time.
Thanks

My daughter just completed her house purchase using Leeds BS 2 year fix. She found them easy to deal with. No hanging on the phone and spoke to a local human everytime she needed to contact them, usually the same person.
She completed on the last day of her 6 month offer. Due to cutting it close they would have given a 14 day extension if completion was very soon. Only after that new bank statement would have been needed.Love living in a village in the country side1 -

Mortgage broker here. Thats quite normal. If they require anything to sense check information they will let you know as they do their checks. Just submit what they asked for. Good luck :-)1

We have just bought our house with Leeds Building Society although we used a broker.
From application to offer it took just over a week and they didn't ask for any other information but we did send our mortgage broker 3 months bank statements and payslips (not sure how many they sent to Leeds).
We were very impressed.
