The Lowell Chase

Options
Hi all, just after some advice about Lowell.

They are sending the obligatory 60% discount offers etc and chasing up with phone calls and all that jazz.

But on my credit file the accounts they are chasing me for say closed accounts £0.

But on the letters they are sending me I owe £2900.

Are they chasing me in hope more than anything now or is there an issue on my credit file ?

Thanks for any help

Have they said they are dealing with a specific bill (say O2 or whomever) and that one was £2900 in January and 0 in Feb?  And the Lowells one first appeared in Feb or March at 0?  If so it might just be the credit reference catching up with the data.

But as fatbelly said - just ignore them for now.

Have they sold on your debt, which is now £0, but it's not yet showing up to whom it's been sold?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
