No cca hope?

Hi all, 
I accidentally.put this in the diary thread, which I can edit but not delete so applg8es if duplicated.
I have recently submitted 4 x cca requests to link. Do you think this reply for all 4 means they might not find them? Or is it a standard link response that they send as don't get them in the requested working days usually but will likely turn up? 
Bit of a piece of string question perhaps.but could use some hope!

Also, only 2 of these are defaulted and 2 are open wjen I look on credit karma, should these have defaulted when they sold to newday?

They have to contact the original creditor to get the cca, and it can take two or three months as a minimum for them to find them. That's just a standard we haven't got it yet email that they probably send to everyone that makes a cca request.

Oh I was hopeful it was a good sign but thankyou.
I'm om a dmp with sc but may go self managed maybe and maybe male a minimal payment until they are found

Give them 3 or 4 months and if the CCAs for the debts haven't been sent, stop paying.
