    Updated the title.

    Yes I've seen the consultation, it looks like they have gone in a very roundabout way with it, and it's not easy to fill in if you're a motorist - they should really have a separate form for members of the public. I'll look out for your update next week before I submit my responses. 

    Final question, as the defence has been updated - do I need to do anything about this? Can I even do anything about this? Is my defence still ok once this goes to court?

    Its already in, so a done deal,   so just follow the process I outlined, wait for the letters, meanwhile concentrate on the public consultation
