Ccj claim fir statute barred debt

I got a claim form for a debt thats statue barred. I didn't think they can do that.. what do I write on the court form.. It's 8 years now

Is this a court claim form (N1) or a Letter Before Action, which has various forms attached, including one headed Reply Form?
