Can I ask a question please?
I was told by a representative of the landowner that they could do nothing to help me because they no longer had Smart Parking on the site.
I was told by another representative that they indeed were the landowners and Smart Parking were still the operatives on the Society's behalf. The local council also confirmed both the landowner and that Smart Parking were still the car park operatives.
I would very much like to make a complaint to the employee, who was asked to deal with this by the CEO, which I initially emailed. She misled me.
I am not sure if any of this can be brought up in my evidence. It is just plain lying and I think this landowner needs naming and shaming.1 -
Concentrate on getting your Defence in and follow the required court procedures, then this should end in a discontinuation. Forget chasing sideshow issues. They hardly ever produce any positive result.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Umkomaas is definitely right, focus on the present and the future, not the what ifs or wanting retribution or some form of justice, self pity won't win this, dogged determination and following the process with advice from here is what counts3
