Teaching English

Options
I'd like to re-train in TEFL. At first I looked into doing a CELTA, but it's very expensive and a big commitment. People have suggested I do a basic TEFL course instead, plus some volunteering, and see how I get on. But there are dozens of basic TEFL courses out there. Can anyone recommend a good, basic (i.e 120 hour) one? I'm in Essex, but there don't seem to be any face to face courses anymore, so I guess it will have to be online.

You might check out Angloville... you work for them for three weeks (staying in hotels in Poland, with bed and board paid by them) speaking English with their clients, and they then provide an online TEFL training.
