Nectar Canvas Points

I was asked by Nectar Canvas to contribute by filling in surveys in return for Nectar points. However, the rewards seem really low. 60 points for 15 minutes, for example, and often I spend time on surveys only to be told I am not in the demographic and receive just 10 points. If 1p is equivalent to 2 points, then expecting us to spend 15 minutes to receive just 40 pence is really bad. That's 1 pound 60p per hour!
These surveys are being conducted on behalf of multinational companies collecting marketing information to sell their products and services, and they're paying massively lower than the minimum wage for this work, and hiding behind both the fact that they are only paying "points", and taking advantage of people sometimes not properly connecting the dots between the time they are spending and the reward that they actually get.
