Help regarding next steps

Hello,
I am looking for some advice regarding two debts I owe and the best way to move forward.
1 Link Financial, defaulted September 2021, loan with MBNA outstanding balance of 17900
2 PRA, defaulted September 2021, CC with MBNA outstanding balance of 2745.
I have sent CCA requests for both at the beginning of the year.
PRA have confirmed they don’t have it and account is unenforceable. They have not chased me since this.
Link supplied me with a ‘credit card application’ but did appear to have the correct information on it.
Neither have accepted F&F I have offered and both wanting substantially more, which I cannot afford.
Both defaults will drop of my credit report in 2027.
What advice would you give to me for moving forward?

Just ignore PRA from now on, unless they send you an LBA. Eventually it will become statue barred unless yoy do something to acknowledge it, like making another offer.
With Link check if what they have sent you is actually a CCA, the debt camel website can help with this. These companies often try and fool you into believing things that aren't true.0 -
An application form is not a credit agreement, you could argue both were unenforceable.
I`d wait it out now, eventually they will go statute barred and that will be that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you both. I did wonder. It does say ‘credit card application’. And on it it does state ‘once signed’.0

I think I would just ignore going forward. They both sound unenforceable and they will be off your credit record anyway in 2 years.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards.
