item not received,365games.co.uk no number to call,no reply via email

Brought a ds game and paid via paypal on 14th december.

On there website there is no contact phone number only an address.

The item still hasn't arrived and was a gift from santa! and an IOU note left for it,it is difficult to keep making up excuses as to why he hasn't brought it yet!

They have an online support system yet it is not operating over xmas, whatever period that might be, i sent an email to the support system on the 19th and 30th december yet no one replies.

Should i go through paypay now and state the item hasn't been received.

I can't wait any longer and fed up of toal lack of customer service

Tell me what you think,thanks

Personally I have never heard of them.

But they seems to have the same po box and postcode details as this company.

Might be worth calling them to see if they have any information that can help?

always get suspicious when I see this

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

Im sure I brought from this guy/supposed company on EBay, after 3 weeks of non receipt I contacted Paypal and got them to sort it on my behalf, I received a full refund inc postal charges,

Id do it before the 30 days if I were you also...

But then, a few days after the refund had been given 2 games appeared on my doorstep, so somehow I managed to get them for free! :j :j

Paypal had automatically debited his account apparently as he was also not responding to them and they have a right to help you under there terms and cond's.

Good Luck and I hope you get it resolved too... BTW what reason did you give from Santa???

If it helps, I live about 3 minutes away from those addresses.

Next time im passing (probably tomorrow) I'll drive in and have a look to see if they're still there.

The 2nd address is in Renishaw, which is just up the road, about 2 miles away from the 1st address.

Oh, and the address listed on http://www.three-r.co.uk/docs/contac...r-services.php is even closer to me, again, I'll have a look.

Thinking about it, the address listed on the three-r's site seems very close to the royal mail sorting office that's down there.

I'll check the first two out though.

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Xbite-Games is the ebay version of 365games, as MVC indicated.
