Quidco Estimated Payment Date Disappears on Day I Was Meant to Be Paid?

I used Quidco energy compare in November of last year, to change supplier. The transaction tracked, and the estimated payout date was today.
I have just logged into my Quidco account, and the estimated payout date, has vanished and I have not been paid.
Has anyone else seen this? Thanks.
