Energy account for a different address

Hi

I would be most grateful if someone could help me. I have received a letter from pastdue about a debt with OVO energy for an address I was no living at. I have sent them the template mentioned in a different chat. Pastdue insist on a tenancy agreement to prove I moved out however I didn't move in so....

Today I decided to contact OVO energy and asked the person on chat to send me a copy of all the bills in my name with OVO energy. I received these and now feeling exceptionally anxious. The bills are from May 2024 to Nov 2024 however I fled said property back in 2015 and have never been back.

Is there a template I can use for OVO energy as I feel that have fraudulently opened an account in my name and now have passed on the debt to pastdue.

Can you prove where you were living during that time? do you know who WAS living there?
