How to fill out hmrc pension tax relief claim

Hi all. I'm a higher rate taxpayer. I already have an employer pension scheme which applies a net contribution scheme (so 40% tax relief is directly applied). I've max my contributions out for this scheme.
In 24/25 I also began paying into a seperate private pension which is only relief at source (20%)
I'd like to claim higher rate relief via the HMRC online claim form (Not via self assessment) for my private pension.
I'm unsure if i need to provide details of my employer scheme as well as my private pension when filling out the HMRC form.
Whilst there's options to add more than one pension there doesn't seem to be a way to explain that one of my schemes has already had higher rate tax relief applied.
Has anyone else made a claim under these circumstances and how did you do it?
Thanks

The employer scheme is of no interest to them as that is paid before tax.1

I didn’t find this obvious from the form, but it’s clear if you give unnecessary information because the figures it generates will be wrong.
My 2024/25 notice of coding was amended after 35 days, but too late for the refund to be in my March pay packet, so I’d be interested what they tell you happens next. I assume I have to wait for the P800 process to run.Fashion on the Ration
