Nuvos Civil Service pension scheme

I worked for the Civil Service for 6 years as a lowly Admin Officer and believe I paid into what was the now defunct Nuvos scheme up until I left in 2013. I've recently logged into my pension dashboard but cannot see any annual benefit statements, page simply doesn't load. I'm 60 and trying to get to grips with my various pensions having put them to the back of my mind till now.
The Retirement Modeller is showing I'd get £x/month but I'm wondering if the modeller is correct as others have said if you're not getting the annual benefit statement (not received anything since 2013) then then the modeller won't be correct. I'm aware some members have complained MyCSP doesn't update the portal yearly with deferred pension details for members who have left which would bear out why I'm seeing nothing on the portal. So is this assumption correct?
Also I've seen values for the following in the dashboard but have no idea what they mean could anyone enlighten me?
Your preserved annual pension: £xxx

I've heard from reading threads on here the current provider (myCSP) is soon to be replaced by Capita, again (gained and lost the management of CS pensions previously), the same company which recently lost the teachers pension scheme. Whenever I hear Capita is taking anything on my heart sinks. So I'm trying to get this sorted before the mayhem gets potentially worse.

Ignore everything in the modeller, it isn't for deferred members. In theory, the preserved annual pension should be the value of the pension as at date of leaving. The revalued pension should be the value today. But I've seen a lot of very odd things in those fields, so I would just ignore them.If you have your deferred award from when you left, you can calculate how much it has increased by using the increase tables. If not, ask MyCSP for a deferred benefit statement. That will show you your current pension entitlement revalued to today. You can then use that statement along with calculators to see the effect of taking it early, etc.2
