Starting a pension for my Grown up kids without them knowing - is this legal?

    @grumpsthegit - is it important for the money to go into a pension now?

    For example could you use some of your ISA allowance, for them to receive later in life and 'dump' it into a pension later on (I'm sure they'll have sufficient pensionable income to support that in the future)?

    Or, could you put more into your pension and an element of the drawdown or TFLS could then be gifted to the children later in life, when they may be more pension aware / focussed?
