Can Cineworld food be purchased with Tesco clubcard reward vouchers?

Planning a trip to Cineworld soon and was planning to use Tesco Clubcard rewards vouchers for some popcorn (my friend already bought tickets separately).

Seems to be mixed feedback in the reviews on the Clubcard website, so not sure if the vouchers can still be used for food at the cinema, or only for tickets.

Does anyone have any recent experience with this?

It does say on the Clubcard site that vouchers can be used to purchase drinks snacks by showing the voucher code/QR code at the till.

However, be warned.  Must have separate vouchers, one for cost of tickets and one for snacks etc.  Made mistake of lumping mine together and lost a lot of money. My voucher confirmation stated '£18 to spend at Cineworld', this is only applicable for ONE purchase to the vlaue of £18 or over on one voucher.
