Self-assessment and pension lump sum

Hi
I have two very different queries about self-assessment and will submit them as two separate threads to avoid confusion. This (I hope) is the simple one:
Last year I closed a pension, received a lump sum, and was sent a P45 for it. Where in the self-assessment should I enter this information? The 'pension workbook' just asks for total pension for the year for each pension, with no further details - should I just enter it in there as I do the values from P60s for a final salary pension?
Thanks for any advice
