Happy New Tax Year!

I feel there should be some acknowledgment of all the patient, helpful responses by members like @molerat, @Dazed_and_C0nfused, @xylophone and @SnowMan (among others) over the last few weeks leading up to the cut off to top up state pensions.

Hats off!

Just remind me, it’s not automatically 35 years for a full New State Pension?

@westv it notifies the forum user. If you have notification switched on. In this post Ikve removed the @ from your alias in the quote, otherwise this would have triggered the notification.

It is for people born on or after 6 April 2000 (age 16 or less when new state pension started).

For earlier births it will vary.

@westv if you put it before a forum user's screenname, it means they should get a notification that they've been mentioned in a post (if they've got notifications turned on in the settings).
