3. The Provider of this prize is Completely Croatia.
4. The closing date for entries is 21 May 2025. Entries after this date will not be valid.
5. The prize includes:
   Return flights from London to Dubrovnik, to include 1 small cabin bag and 1x hold bag and allocated seating ( region airports may also be available); Return private transfers from Dubrovnik airport to hotel; Hotel: Hotel Bellevue, Dubrovnik 5*; Nights: 4x; Guests: 2x; Time of Year: October 2025; Board: Half-board – breakfast and lunch OR dinner (2 pax); Spa: Full access to the spa facilities (2 pax)

1. The prize does not include: Local city tax, flights from any other airport other than London airports. Dinner or lunches ( depending on what half board option you take) all drinks and hotel extras.

2. All flights are subject to availability and winner must fly from London.
3. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.
4. If the prize is for more than one person, the entire travel party must travel together on all sectors.
5. Any costs incurred from changes post booking are the winner’s responsibility to pay. Upgrades are available at a cost. Changes and upgrades are permitted which any fare difference occurs need to be top up by the prize winner.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. This prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
9. Entry is free and open to residents of the mainland UK aged 18 or over who submit a valid entry to the competition.
10. The prize promoter cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries.
11. Incomplete, fraudulent, multiple or spam entries will be disallowed.
12. Employees of the promoter or provider, all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
13. The winner will be chosen at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Wanderlust by the closing date.
14. The winner will be announced within two weeks of the competition closing. Details of how to claim the prize will then be sent by email. The winner must confirm acceptance in writing of the prize within seven days of being contacted.
15. Wanderlust’s decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence. The Promoter and provider shall not be responsible should a winner provide incorrect contact details.
16. If for any reason a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Provider has the right to select another winner at its discretion. The Promoter and Provider do not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to accept the prize. If a trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, the winner is not entitled to payment or replacement.
17. The providers reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Should the value of any prize be less than the value stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind.
18. The Promoter, prize Providers and any associated third party accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter or Provider, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time and without notice. This also applies to any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if travel would be contrary to UK Foreign Office advice, or if circumstances arise outside of its control that prevent the implementation of the prize.
20. The Promoter and Provider are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
21. The competition will be delivered under the terms of the UK’s laws and regulations.
22. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and by entering the competition you agree to take part in any reasonable promotion.
