Registering for a callback from the Future Pension Centre

I registered online for a callback from the Future Pension Centre as I couldn't get through on the phone,  kept being cut off etc.

I wanted to speak with them as I'll probably miss their call (if they do meet the 8 week call back time frame)  as I'll be abroad (non EU) in a different timezone when I travel in a few weeks.

I might be ok as I've a feeling it'll be longer than 8 weeks for them to call back (wishful thinking lol)- what are peoples thoughts?

I also didn't receive an email receipt after I submitted the call back request form- did anyone else?

  • @TeeAy - No DWP, doesn't abide by normally expected business ethics, standards or norms.  If you didn't keep a timed screenshot of the request submission, then no matter - I think MSE's timestamp's on your start of this thread are as good as any - especially since this sub-forum seems to be monitored, if not steered, by two or three DWP insiders  ;)
