Need help deciding what is the best course of action

Hi all
I am struggling to work out tbe best course of action.
So my husband and I have a few credit cards.
I have barclaycard with balance of 1675 this will be reducing to 1225 on Wednesday. This cards 0 percent offer ends on June 1st and it was money transfer offer.
My husbands card has balance of £200 which will need paying when the statement comes through as he accrued interest (it's his first credit card and he couldn't get 0 percent offer). We always pay this on time.
Finally hsbc card which has balance of 5300 and that 0 percent offer will end 22nd August. I am aware this will need a balance transfer and will accrue extra amount added but it will save alot of interest. I am not sure of the interest rate after the 0 percent deal ends.
We also have a holiday planned next month half board and will need money for lunch snack and drinks. However we may fill up on breakfast and we are very money saving when we go on holiday. We are planning to buy a city pass that gives acsess to the museums and transport it would save 40 euro just getting that. We are planning to use the nationwide payment they will give us towards that so we only need to pay 20 quid all together out of our funds.
We are planning to take mt husbands credit card as it is a travel card and will give us breathing room to pay back.
We have done a costco shop for bulk items like meat that we will use this month and we meal plan for our work lunches and evening meals.
We have 900 quid each in out bank accounts at the moment and I am tempted to say let's pay off the barclaycard thay is due to end in June. This would mean 612 quid each but would leave only just under 300 quid left in our accounts. We hate to be under 500 quid each in case we need it for anything
We are expecting a pay rise at the end of April and also may but isn't significant. I am also expecting 450 quid to come into my account in may.
We will need food shopping for the next few weeks and tempted to use fhe hsbc card for that.
I have options
Pay off the full amount this month leaving only 270 quid in out accounts..
Pay 300 each this month as extra and then next month's 450 payment will take it down to 175 left to pay and then the holiday pay.
Sorry if I am not making sense.
If anyone else can see a way to make it manageable then I'm all ears.
Thank you

We have a plan now. Some money I'm getting paid down the ccThen we pay our half at the end of the month on payday then some extra money im getting will then pay it off.Husbands card won't be statemented until 23rd April with needing paid by 22nd may. Then holiday won't be statemented until 23rd may and pay by 22nd June.
Then we can use the money we have being paid on tbe other cards towards the hsbc card. I have asked tjem on the chat if I can extend the 0 percent deal and they said I woild need to call but I am deaf. So I will try the chat tomorrow see what they can come up with..
I hope to get these cards paid off by the end of the year then we can start saving up.
Also doing it this way will reduce my anxiety of having enough for food shopping and petrol for the car.
Sorry if I did not wait for response I find writing it down easier to processMortgage free wannabe

Can you "shop from your cupboards" to create meals with no spend or minimal spend?
For example do you have plenty of pasta, tins of tomatoes and just need to buy an onion and garlic to make a nice sauce to go with it? Is there stuff in the freezer you could eat?
