How do I make sure my NI claim is registered before 5th April

I have been trying for two days to get through to the NI office as they say I dont have a full year 2014/2015 but my accountant who I had at the time says that is incorrect
How do I make sure I dont miss the 5th April deadline or at least get my problem logged with them ?

Your only option is to register for a call back getting a screenshot of the application and confirmation screens. Request a call back to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions - GOV.UK
