HSBC mortgage confused

Hello, i'm an HSBC customer with a mortgage with them.

I can't figure out on their wesite if i'm classed as an existing customer or home mover because the fixed rate is slightly different for both mortgages i'm looking at.

I'm selling my place, buying another and taking out a new mortage with HSBC, am i eligible for the 5 year fixed rate of 4.03? Could someone have a look for me please. It's 60% LTV

Are you not porting your mortgage to the new place? Or is the 5 year fix a better deal?

You're a homemover. The existing customer products are for rate switches and further advances when not moving home.

My fixed runs out in August, likely to complete in June so didn't see the point in porting.

Ok thanks, one further question the same mortgage for a home mover is shown as 4.07% is that correct?

I can't see anything on the intermediary site at 4.07% so you'll need to check where you're looking.
