How are Class 3 contributions shown on your record?

Hi
I'm sure someone can tell me - if I bought Class 3 NI contributions how would they be shown on my HMRC record? I can see the Class 2 I bought are shown as Self Employment but I need to know how any Class 3 contributions would be shown.

Either as 'Paid Employment', 'voluntary' or (possibly) 'Credits' as appropriate, I think
If you are buying them voluntarily it will be the middle one0 -
