I've just noticed since posting that the T&C's say this:
The ENGWE 11th Anniversary Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the European Union (EU) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Bit odd as the comp is on the UK website so not sure if there's an error somewhere..

no idea if i got entered ! last time this website had a comp the same happened i did tell them to fix their site but clearly they havent
2024 approx 6500 competitions entered just 1 win worth £50 ! also ended up signed up to about 8000 emails !
2025 so far about 4000 comps entered , won £1000 and a doorbell camera so far , hundreds of spam emails a day is the downside
