Child arrangement and CMS payments

This week myself and my ex have signed a child arrangement order which specifies he has the children 3 nights first week, 1 night second week. Therefore this averages to 2 nights per week and is what is on my CMS claim.
Since arrangement order states “shared parental responsibility”, does this now mean child’s dad no longer has to pay me child maintenance?
He is usually on time with his payments but this has been a nasty separation so nothing surprises me with his next actions.
Will CMS now say tough due to it being shared responsibility? He usually has a SO set up to make monthly payment to me as calculated by CMS but today I have not received payment.

Both parents on a birth certificate have joint or shared responsibility from the day they are born. This isn't linked to CM. CMS will calculate CM based on income of the non resident parent, with reductions for how many nights they have the child (ren). if it's 50/50 residential split there will usually be no maintenance paid. however your split is 4/14 so CM still owed in most circumstances.Unsecured debt at Worst June 2024 - £47,772.48Current unsecured debt April 2025 - £33,449.27Debt gone forever - 10 months - £14,323.21 (30%)Debt free date goal March 20270
