Hi I have doubted for a while now that I am actually getting any free electric with the Shade Greener panels so I decided to take some pictures of my smart meter and as I suspected the total keeps going up during the day 11am to 2 pm.
Is this a breach of shade greenery contract!

This is not a "mortgages and endowments" problem and would be better on the "Green and Ethical" section of the forum.
That aside, the solar panels will connect to a box called an inverter, and that box then produces the electricity that feeds into the mains.
Do you know where your inverter is? Is it working?
If it is working, you will be benefitting from the free electricity. However depending on a lot of different factors you might be asking for more electricity than the solar panels can provide, even in the middle of the day.
If you can give more info about your solar panel system, we might be able to help you understand it better.

I have had solar panels for 10 years, but I still get electric bills of £800 per year(2,346.508kWh), I barely notice the free electricity.
But I am getting ££ from the FIT

It's entirely possible that your electrical load in your house is above the generation of your panels so the meter will still go up. Easier to look at the generation meter to see what that shows.

I'm sure there is no contract that they guarantee to provide you with a set amount of electricity
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
