Paying NI for years before I moved to UK

Options
My apologies if it's a silly questions - it may be an "edge case" or it may be a nonsense question.
I am not a British citizen (yet) so the first time I was assigned an NI number was in 2014 when I moved over here, hence my NI records on the HMRC website begin from 2013-2014.

Would it be possible to pay to fill years prior to that date?

(I have started working at a late age in UK so I may not reach the 35 years for full pension, that's why I would be willing to buy extra years - although I could aggregate the years worked in Europe, but that's a different story and I have not started that process yet)

Sorry again if it's a stupid question - I tried to search if it had already been asked but when searching for "abroad" I only come up with threads about British citizens who worked abroad for a period of their life.
Thanks
