Pepsi Joy Comp - Winning link giving an error

I entered the Daily Pepsi Joy comp, and finally one a prize (a hat). When I went to the link in the email I get the following message; I tried two browsers and my phone and none will let me claim the prize - what can i do?

I also won a hat on that comp, but I didn't have any issues at all claiming it. Are you using an anti-virus software or a VPN? It's possible that's what's causing it if so, but otherwise I'd just try reaching out to Pepsi and see what they say.
