Straight forward case of having to pay for some years class 3 contributions to fill some gaps. The HMRC app said that it can be paid online and she could get through to the payment interface in the app. This was a while back and now she wanted to make the payment now and it says that it is not possible online and to contact HMRC.
Phoning HMRC is a nightmare as usual and when she exactly tells the bot what she wants to do she gets cut off and they just hang up. Strangely, in their long announcements they say payments can be made after the 5th of April, which contradicts previously set deadlines.
Are we missing anything?
