·       Entries can be made in-store and via the Mocha website only.

·       The competition prize is a large milk chocolate rabbit.

·       The winner agrees to having photos taken of themselves with the chocolate rabbit and for Mocha to use these photographs as marketing materials on social media, press and websites

·       The winner’s name will be used by Mocha and used in publicity

·       The winner will be chosen randomly. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prizes

·       Only one submission per person will be entered into the competition

·       The winner will be notified by email and on social media

·       If the winner does not respond to correspondence within 3 days another winner will be chosen and the original winner will forfeit their prize.

·       Collection or delivery of the chocolate rabbit will be within 2 weeks of the email, unless other arrangements are agreed

·       By taking part in this competition, it is understood that the email address and name used to take part in the Draw will be added to Mocha’s database and used for marketing purposes
